You can buy your Citizen watch directly from our online store or through our network of authorised retailers across Greece and Cyprus. Visit our Store Locator to find a retailer near your location.
When will I receive my order?
Orders within Greece and Cyprus are delivered within 1 – 2 business days. For all other countries, delivery typically takes 3 – 5 business days.
What packaging is provided with Citizen watches?
Watches up to €250 include basic packaging. Watches above €250 receive a premium box. Diver’s watches come with a dedicated scuba box, while Series 8 watches include the exclusive Series 8 premium case.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, we'll provide you with a shipping number from our delivery partner, ACS. You can use this number to track your order every step of the way.
Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping is completely free for all watches within Greece and Cyprus. Different shipping rates apply to other countries, which you’ll be able to view clearly at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can view all available payment options during checkout, including Apple Pay and Google Pay for a fast and secure experience.
What is your return policy?
You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be unworn, in brand‑new condition, and include all original packaging and materials. Returning your purchase is completely free - we’ll cover all costs so you can shop with peace of mind.
What is included under the warranty?
Every Citizen watch is covered by a 3-year warranty. Please note that this warranty does not include coverage for cosmetic damage such as scratches, or issues resulting from accidental breakage or misuse.
