When will I receive my order?
Orders within Greece and Cyprus are delivered within 1 - 2 business days. For all other countries, delivery typically takes 3 - 5 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, we'll provide you with a shipping number from our delivery partner. You can use this number to track your order every step of the way.
Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping is completely free for all orders within Greece and Cyprus. Different shipping rates apply to other countries, which you’ll be able to view clearly at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be unworn, in brand‑new condition, and include all original packaging and materials. Returning your purchase is completely free - we’ll cover all costs so you can shop with peace of mind.
What is included under the warranty?
Every Citizen watch is covered by a 3-year warranty. Please note that this warranty does not include coverage for cosmetic damage such as scratches, or issues resulting from accidental breakage or misuse.
