Delivery & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free for all orders within Greece and Cyprus. For other countries, shipping rates apply and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders within Greece and Cyprus are delivered within 1–2 business days. For all other countries, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. While shipping is free within Greece and Cyprus, we also deliver to other countries — the applicable rate is displayed at checkout. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside Greece and Cyprus are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged on arrival.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details. You can follow your parcel any time using our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be unworn, in brand-new condition, and include all original packaging and materials.

Do I have to pay to return my order?

No. Returning your purchase is completely free — we'll cover all costs, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

How do I start a return or an exchange?

Simply get in touch through our contact form (select "Returns & Exchanges" as the topic) or email us, and we'll guide you through every step. If you'd like a different model instead of a refund, just let us know and we'll arrange the exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your returned watch, we'll process your refund to your original payment method, typically within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Guarantee

How long is the guarantee?

Every Citizen watch we sell is covered by a 3-year guarantee.

What does the guarantee cover?

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and mechanical faults that occur under normal use. It does not include cosmetic damage such as scratches, or issues resulting from accidental breakage or misuse.

Why does buying from an official distributor matter?

As the official distributor of Citizen in Greece and Cyprus, we guarantee that every watch is 100% genuine and backed by a fully authorised guarantee. Any service or support is handled by authorised technicians using genuine Citizen parts.

How do I make a guarantee claim?
